The Sušac family cellar is located in Ljubuški Cerno and is surrounded by vineyards in a breathtaking setting. It is located on a hilly plateau from where tourists may enjoy an enchanting view of the majority of Herzegovina (Međugorje, the Velež and Čvrsnica mountains, the famous Herceg Stjepan Fortress...). Aside from the scenery, the attention is on the vineyards planted on the rocky terraces and the production of high-quality Blatina and Žilavka wines from the autochthonous grape varieties of the same name. Numerous fruit brandies and liqueurs are also produced, as is recently gold-awarded olive oil from olive groves with roughly 420 mature olive trees, as well as rose from the thorn variety. You will feel the unbreakable bond between man, the sun, the vine, and the stone, as well as the true Herzegovinian atmosphere and the tranquility that nature generates here.  The above forms a whole and creates an inseparable bond of man, sun, vine and stone, maintaining the true Herzegovinian atmosphere created by nature.
